Information you send us

The contact form asks for your name, email address and a message. These details are sent by email to Sothend LLC so that your message can be read and answered. The email address you provide is used as the reply address. The same applies when you write to us directly by email.

We use this information only to respond to your message and to keep a record of the correspondence. Please include only what is needed to describe your enquiry and do not send passwords, identity documents or other confidential material through the website form.

Website security

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine messages from automated ones. The verification service processes technical information needed for that check. More information is available in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

To reduce abuse, the form handler applies a request limit based on a hashed network identifier and request timestamps. The hosting environment may keep technical access and error logs.

Service providers

Website hosting, email delivery and verification providers may process information as part of operating the website and delivering your message. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies.

Retention

Correspondence and technical records are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, maintain security and meet applicable legal requirements, and are then deleted.

Your rights
